YES, it is absolutely free to submit your business events here on Exhibition Affairs Business Events Portal.

Before using this portal, kindly read the following terms & policies:

To open an account on Exhibition Affairs Business Events Portal, all you need is your email address.

At the top menu of this website on your screen, click on the “Register” button, and input your email address.

Your password will be automatically generated for you and sent to the email address that you have provided.

You can log in to your account afterward and change your password to a twelve(12) character strong password.

To submit your business events, click on the “Submit Your Event” button at the top right of the screen.

You will be directed to the events submission page where you’ll select the events category that you wish to submit.

Kindly click on either “Tradeshow”. “Conference”, “Workshop”, “Training & Courses”, “Webinar” or “Expo” and continue accordingly.

Every approved account on Exhibition Affairs Business Events Portal is entitled to submit 3 business events for FREE.

Yes, you can link to the original event website of your choice.

For further inquiries about all upcoming business events listed on this website, there is a link to the official business events website at the top of every business event page.

Once you submit your business event, kindly wait for the admin’s approval. 

Once your account has been approved. you’ll be able to login to your account and edit your business events.

To edit your account profile, you need to login to your account.

Once you login, you will see your username on top of the page by the menu. Please click on it.

You will see a drop down with different items. Please click on “Account Details”.

In the “Account Details” section, you will be able to edit everything related to your account.

To login into your account if you cannot remember your password, click on “Sign In” on top of the menu section.

You will be directed to a page with two panels. On the “Sign In” panel, click on “Forgot Password?”

On the next page, you will be asked to input the email address that you used while registering. The link to reset your password will be sent to the email address.

Promoting events makes your business events rank higher in the search result on the Exhibition Affairs Business Events Portal. Your event will also show up first before all other events in your respected category, alongside all other promoted events.

To promote your business event, you need to have your business event listed on this platform.

Please sign into your account and click on “My Listings”. You will see a “Promote” button beside your business event in User Dashboard > My Listings.

Clicking on it will open a pop-up with the list of available promotion packages. Please click on your package of interest and you will be redirected immediately to the Checkout page.

You can manage your active promotions in your account Dashboard > Promotions.

There are several advertisement spaces/positions and opportunities on the Exhibition Affairs Business Events Portal.

To advertise on this website, please contact us through the “Contact Us” page.

PROMOTIONS: This means that you want your business events to rank higher than other business events listed on this website. For you to promote your business events on this platform, your business event has to be listed on this platform.

Click on the Submit Your Event button at the top right of the screen and you will be directed to the events submission page where you’ll select the events category that you wish to submit.

ADVERTISEMENT: This means that you wish to advertise your products and services through any of our advertisement spaces/positions available on this website.
